GIVING BACK

We are in the people business and we have a commitment to serving the communities where we work.  Check out a few of the ways we do this below.

  • Members of our Executive Team did not have the funds to finish college.  As Associate Staffing continued to grow, the thought of providing others with an opportunity that they could not afford was at the top of their heart.  Throughout the past 7 years, Associate Staffing has awarded over $70,000.00 in scholarships through the Norton Endowment Fund to over 15 outstanding individuals within our local communities.

    Giving Back

  • At Christmas our local Charlotte, NC team decided to raise over $1,500 with the help of some of our clients, go into Walmart, and surprise our local community members by paying off their lay-away and picking up their bill at the cash register.  See the video for their reactions!

    Random Act of Kindness

  • Team members of our local Charlotte, NC office spent a day volunteering at Loaves and Fishes.  A charity that provides a week’s worth of food to individuals and families in short-term food crisis in Mecklenburg County.

  • Knowing the importance of family, the Associate Staffing team spent an afternoon cleaning the Ronald McDonald House.  An organization that also understands the importance of family, by providing a home for families who have a loved one being hospitalized.
